Fertility Massage​

This specialist massage aims to help you achieve optimum pre-conception health by improving the function of the reproductive organs. It can aid specific or unexplained fertility issues. Helps prepare for assisted or natural conception.

It is a slow deep massage which concentrates on the abdomen and sacral bones of the pelvis. It helps to deal with congestion in the pelvic area – realigning the uterus and other organs, muscles ligaments and nerves. It can help promote a regular menstrual cycle and balance hormones; decrease cramps; improve ovarian function; increase cervical mucous; help endometriosis, blocked fallopian tubes and much more.

A package of 5 is often recommended to experience the full benefit of this work. It is better to have treatment after a bleed.

Aromatherapy Massage

Thai Massage

Thai massage is very different from other forms of massage. No oils are applied and treatment is received through clothing. The therapist uses her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of integrated yoga stretches. Muscle compression, joint mobilisation, and acupressure are also used during treatment. People describe Thai massage as both relaxing and energising.

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage is an Ayurvedic form of healing and relaxation used widely to combat daily tension and stress. It is both relaxing yet invigorating and combines massage techniques that are applied to the face, head, neck, shoulders, arms and hands .

Seated Acupressure Massage

Based on Shiatsu style massage, it’s a wonderfully relaxing, yet energising treatment received seated and fully clothed. It aims to stimulate acupressure points on the head, neck, shoulders, spine and lower back. It’s ideal for computer/desk-related tension.

Digestive Massage

This wonderful healing massage can help support your digestive system and help your body detox. It’s effective in the treatment of symptoms such as bloating, IBS, fatigue and headaches.

At your first consultation you will be asked to fill out an in-depth questionnaire which covers both physical and emotional issues. Followed by a massage that works deeply into the colon, small intestines which also helps to realign the inner organs of the abdominal cavity.

Raynor massage

Raynor massage is a naturopathic massage with origins in Eastern therapies and medical theory. It encompasses deep tissue massage, reflexology, therapeutic massage, facial massage and yoga breathe work, with the aim of finding and releasing tension throughout the body whether it be a physical blockage or an emotional blockage working with the Qi and bio electricity in the body.
